Sheridan Square Records releases A GOSPEL MOTHER’S DAY album on April 19

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 19, 2005) – Just in time for Mother’s Day, Sheridan Square Records will release A GOSPEL MOTHER’S DAY: SONGS OF RECOGNITION, ENCOURAGEMENT, AND LOVE album, including tracks by Gospel greats Shirley Caesar, Chicago Mass Choir, Candi Staton, and Slim & The Supreme Angels on April 19 with the Sheridan Square Records label of Sheridan Square Entertainment.

With the release date set on April 19, 2005, A GOSPEL MOTHER’S DAY: SONGS OF RECOGNITION, ENCOURAGEMENT, AND LOVE features an outstanding collection of 11 maternal tracks, all with outstanding quality and sound coupled with modern recording techniques.

Mothers do so much for and give so much to their families. This collection of songs addresses the need that they have to be understood, acknowledged and loved for their contributions and sacrifices. “Nobody Knows The Pain” (Dallas Fort Worth Mass Choir) is an acknowledgment of the emotional strain and loneliness that mothers sometimes experience.
