Compendia Music Group Anounces New Staff Appointments

NASHVILLE, TN - (October 7, 2002) The following staff appointments to Compendia Music Group were announced by Michael Olsen, COO of Compendia

Media Group:

John M. Rolfe, Jr. is named vice president of Business & Legal Affairs for Compendia Music Group; Rolfe was previously the director of International and Business Affairs at Acuff-Rose Music Publishing, Inc. He will be responsible for the negotiation, drafting, execution and maintenance of all domestic and international contracts and other documents utilized by Compendia Music Group in its business practices. Rolfe will be based in Nashville, and will report to Olsen.

Michelle Duffie is named director of marketing for Light Records, Compendia Music Group's premiere Gospel label; additionally, she will continue in her role as vice president and co-owner of Millennium Entertainment Group (MEG). At Light, Duffie will develop and oversee the overall marketing, promotions and positioning of the artists and projects on the label. Duffie will be based in Nashville, and will report to Phillip White, vice president/general manager of Light Records.

Crystal McLin is named director of Publicity and Promotion for Light Records; she was previously with Metro Public Schools of Nashville, Tennessee and J. Thompson Public Relations, with eight years of experience in the radio industry. McLin will service major/local trade and entertainment media with information about Light Records artists and releases. McLin will be based in Nashville, and will report to Phillip White, vice president/general manager of Light Records.
